Are you the first one in the office? Good. This role is for you.

We’re The Shading Company, one of the UAE’s leading shading solution providers. We’re looking for a hungry, self-driven outdoor sales executive who generates their own leads, owns their pipeline, and closes deals.

This is not a role for someone who waits for the phone to ring.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN
– On-target earnings: AED 10,000 – 15,000+ per month
– Commission is uncapped — the more you sell, the more you earn

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– You generate your own leads — you don’t wait to be handed them
– You’re an early starter. The best opportunities go to whoever gets there first
– You track your own numbers and hold yourself accountable to targets
– You build relationships that turn into repeat orders, not just one-off sales
– You can visit a site, understand the requirement, and turn it into a quotation

WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Visit sites, developers, contractors, and landscapers across Dubai and the UAE
– Prepare quotations and technical offers for shading solutions
– Identify new projects before the competition does
– Call and follow up on leads consistently and professionally
– Manage your own pipeline and report progress weekly
– Build product knowledge across our full range of shading solutions
