**Why it was chosen:** The cantilever design suits a large dining table by placing shade overhead without a central pole interrupting the seating arrangement.

This Abu Dhabi garden features a spacious outdoor dining setup for eight, positioned beneath mature palm and shade trees. A Fortano cantilever umbrella in ecru was installed to extend usable shade over the full table and seating area throughout the day.

The cantilever design keeps the support pole clear of the table, allowing guests to move freely around the seating without obstruction. The base is fitted with wheeled castors, making it possible to reposition the umbrella if needed.

Set against the garden's artificial lawn and surrounding greenery, the umbrella blends into the outdoor space while offering reliable protection from direct sun for everyday outdoor dining and gatherings.
