Maxi Screen Blinds Installed in Jumeirah Park

This outdoor living area in Jumeirah Park features a louvered pergola covering a seating area, dining space and outdoor kitchen beside the pool. To extend the usability of the space, a motorised screen blind was installed along one open side of the pergola.

The blind is finished in white with a matching canopy fabric in a natural tone, closing off the gap between the pergola posts to reduce wind and glare while keeping the space bright. Being Somfy motorised, the blind can be lowered or retracted at the touch of a button, allowing the homeowner to adjust the level of shade and screening as needed throughout the day.

The installation integrates neatly with the existing pergola structure and outdoor furniture, giving the terrace an additional layer of comfort without altering its overall look.
