Built for the UAE climate
Our blinds are designed for use outside in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the UAE. They have strong weather resistant metal parts that are powder coated against rust and heat. The outdoor Blinds are Made by Llaza Spain and feature a 2 year Manufacturer warranty. We use European Outdoor fabric designed for outdoor use with Warranties. Finally the Motors we use are by Somfy designed for outdoor use and come with a 5 year manufacturer Warranty.

Outdoor Blinds Range
We offer 4 different models of outdoor blinds. The Zipscreen 500 and Klais 110 are both zip type outdoor blinds. The fabric is held in a tight guide at each side profile meaning, water, wind, insects cannot penetrate through the sides. This allows the blind to fully enclose terraces or pergolas. The Maxiscreen box and Maxiscreen blind have the fabric guide running on a cable on each side. There is a gap between the fabric on each side and the cable. All of the systems can be supplied motorised or manual. The Klais, Maxiscreen Box and Zip Screen are more expensive as they contain more aluminium.

What is the maximum size possible?
The largest Standard width is 500cm and max height is 500cm depending the model. Some special models can be larger than this.
How much does it cost?
This depends on whether you use motor or manual, the size of the blind and the fabric used. The blinds range in cost between 3000 to 8000AED depending on the accessories and size. Please send us a message and we can provide you with pricing.
What is the Warranty?
The Outdoor Blinds manufacturer, Llaza provides a 2 year warranty and there is a 5 year warranty on Somfy Motor. Additionally the Fabric manufacturer Sauleda have a 10 Year Manufacturer Warranty.

What do i need to Consider with installation?
For Installation we suggest the following:
If a motor is used then provide a power point for our team to connect to. Note We use trunking to cover the Cable
Decide on the Size and height of the outdoor blind.
Decide if the blind will be installed between the walls or outside of the walls. Note between walls can present issues as the top and bottom width of the wall are not the same as the wall is not straight.
What Model is right for my situation?
