Amy io Wall Switch

Somfy Amy io is a wireless, battery-powered wall switch that controls your motorised sun protection manually and automatically. Its built-in sensor measures the temperature inside the room, not sunlight, so it still responds when heat builds up through glass on hazy or partly cloudy days.

When the room passes the temperature you set, Amy io tells your external screens, roller shutters or louvres to close. This blocks the sun before it heats the glass, which keeps the room more comfortable and reduces the load on your air conditioning. It keeps working when you’re away, so you come home to a cooler house.

Connected to the Somfy TaHoma switch, Amy io becomes part of your smart home. You can switch the sensor on or off per room, set up scenarios around your daily routine, and control everything from the TaHoma app. You can install several switches so each room is managed separately. Because it’s wireless, it can be fitted almost anywhere without new wiring, either fixed to the wall or used as a portable control.
