Art Monoblock 400 Awning Installed in Al Barsha

This villa in Al Barsha had an Art Monoblock 400 awning fitted beneath the first-floor balcony, extending out over the ground-floor terrace doors. The white monoblock cassette houses a 6x4m white fabric canopy that can be retracted or extended as needed to shade the glass doors and seating area below.

A Somfy Eolis 3D IO wind sensor was installed alongside the awning, allowing the system to retract automatically in strong winds to protect the fabric and mechanism.

The awning complements the villa's outdoor living space, providing shade over the lounge chairs and sliding doors that open onto the pool and garden area.
