Retractable Awning Installed Poolside in Meadows, Dubai

This Meadows villa was fitted with a Storbox 400 retractable awning covering the poolside terrace, extending from the main living area to shade the seating and lounge space overlooking the pool and garden.

The awning features a silver fabric canopy on an anthracite frame, operated with a Somfy system and fitted with a Eolis 3D IO wind sensor for automatic retraction in strong winds. The installation also included matching outdoor blinds and a cantilever umbrella on the lower terrace, creating a coordinated shading solution across the outdoor space.

Together, these additions allow the homeowners to control sun exposure throughout the day while protecting the furnishings and extending the use of the terrace for relaxing and entertaining by the pool.
