Do you deliver and install across the UAE, and how long does it take?

"We live in Ras Al Khaimah. Can you deliver and install an awning and an umbrella here, and how long will it take?"

Villa owner, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Yes. We deliver and install in all seven emirates, from our showrooms in Al Quoz, Dubai and Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. Products in stock are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Made-to-order umbrellas, awnings, blinds and custom sizes take 3 to 5 weeks from order.

Lead times

What you order	Typical time
Products in stock (standard sizes and colours)	2 to 5 working days
Made to order (custom sizes, colours, motorised awnings and blinds)	3 to 5 weeks

Lead times depend on the manufacturer and on how busy the season is. For restaurants, cafés and hotels, we recommend ordering before the outdoor season starts in the autumn.

Delivery charges for online orders

Umbrellas in stock can be bought in our online shop, with these delivery charges:

Emirate	Delivery
Dubai	Free
Sharjah	AED 100, free over AED 1,000
Abu Dhabi	AED 250, free over AED 1,000
Ajman, Umm Al Quwain	AED 150
Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah	AED 250

For quoted jobs, delivery and installation of standard umbrellas are included in the price. For custom projects with concrete work or technical installation, they are listed separately in your quotation.

What installation involves

• Umbrellas are set up in their base, or fixed to the floor with a mounting plate where there is no room for a base.
• Awnings and outdoor blinds are fixed to the wall, ceiling or pergola. Motorised models also need a power point nearby, and we set up the remote and any wind sensor.
• Shade sails are fixed to walls or to steel posts. Posts are set in new concrete foundations that we dig and pour, or bolted to existing concrete where there is a suitable slab.

For custom projects such as awnings, blinds and shade sails, we visit the site first to measure and check the location, so everything fits on the day.

Recent installations around the UAE

• Abu Dhabi: a Gallileo Maxi umbrella and awnings on Saadiyat Island.
