The Somfy Izymo Transmitter io is a small radio module that lets a wired switch or contact control Somfy io motors. Wire it to a wall switch, a push button or a dry contact from another system, such as an alarm, a timer or a building management system, and it sends io-homecontrol commands to your motorised awning, outdoor blinds or screens.
What it's used for
• Keep a wall switch: fit it behind an existing switch so the awning or blinds open and close from the wall, as well as from the remote.
• Link to other systems: connect a dry contact from an alarm, timer, BMS or home automation system to open or close shading automatically.
• Use with TaHoma: works alongside the Somfy TaHoma Switch for app and scenario control.

io or RTS?
